Crow Wing County Warrant Records Crow Wing County Warrant Records

This page explains what this site can and cannot help with, and it lists the offices that handle official Crow Wing County warrant questions. Nearly every request belongs with the sheriff's records desk, the court that issued the order, or the office that holds the case file rather than with us. The routing below sends each kind of question to the place that can actually answer it. Four offices cover most requests. Each one owns a different piece of the record.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. This is a private reference site. It cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. For any of those, contact the court or the sheriff's office directly.

For a charge-based arrest warrant, the issuing court sets the charge and the bail while the Sheriff's Office serves it. For a city citation, the city police department holds the ticket record and the District Court holds the case file.

A licensing or driving question goes to the agency that issued the license, not to the court that heard the case. A legal question about what to do next goes to a licensed Minnesota attorney.
